• Prepare reports on business analysis in order to support and enhance business activities, product implementation, project execution and product system, etc.
  
• Coordinating UAT and resolutions of problem reported
  
• Delivering training to business users in order to ensure they can understand clearly by reviewing IT documents
  
• Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions

Requirements:

• Degree or High Diploma in Business, IT, Operations Management or other related disciplines.
  
• Over 2 years experience in Insurance / Financial Services Industry (Focusing on business analysis or system analysis)
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Knowledge and experience in specifying user requirements and managing UAT
  
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Business Analyst
