Job Summary

• Works under limited supervision performing complex technical work.

• Duties may include technical responsibility for a major phase or component of a project.

• Takes lead role in work-flow coordination.

• 负责项目的管理工作，有清晰、准确的文件输入输出记录；

• 负责图纸质量，熟练运用质量委员会培训的相关知识；

• 培训部门新员工，使新员工尽快具备相关技术能力；

• 能独立与相关方进行良好的沟通，根据项目的实际需要合理调配人手；

• 协助上级进行团队管理；

Minimum Requirements

• 土木工程专科或专科以上的学历；

• 有5年以上的相关工作经验；

• 熟练掌握并运用公司绘图软件、规范与标准；

• 具备良好的专业能力，能独立处理项目中出现的各种问题；；

• 具备较强的技术和沟通能力；

• 熟练应用AutoCAD、Microsoft office及MicroStation等相关软件；

• 责任心强，具备优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神；

• 了解BIM工作流程及一般BIM软件；
