The Opportunity at AIA

You will be a hands-on pragmatic Senior Change Manager with experience managing complex integration change across technology businesses. Working with technology business leadership teams, SMEs and other change managers you’ll identify impacts, conduct workshops, and lead the change approach to ensure technology is ready for all transitioning systems and functions, as a result of the transition of services from CMLA into AIA

About the Opportunity with AIA

In addition to assisting Technology leadership to assess role and sizing changes associated with the incorporation of new systems, vendor partnerships and service agreements that come with the Technology transition, you will also:

  • Develop training requirements across the program and ensure interdependencies are managed project to project.
  • Minimise disruption through thorough change impact analysis, change capacity reporting and effective governance.
  • Work closely with broader technology change team to develop and deliver integrated results
  • Develop change management plans around communications, initiative implementations, learning, work instructions, SME engagement, training and coaching.
  • Attend program reporting forums, deputise for the Head of Change Integration on occasions, and coach Change Analysts

To be successful in this position you will have experience with

  • Strong experience within Change and Project management, and understanding of testing and data migration impacts
  • Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework
  • Uplifting IT Service Desk capability
  • Strong Stakeholder Management – prioritization and planning
  • Proven ability to develop plans and effectively manage risk.
