You are responsible for

• With PH sales transformation and strategy changes, this position holder is expected to improve distributor and channel management process and quality, drive higher standardization to enhance compliance culture in sales organization.

• Responsible for Personal Health China's distribution management from strategy, to selection and onboarding, performance management and termination

• Channel analysis and insight to build channel strategy (GTM)

• Standardize distribution management process: AD criteria, including recruitment, performance review and exit

• Independent distributor audit

• Better visibility of distributor performance with harmonized KPIs, establish dashboard and tracking

• Close loop process of distribution management ride on Business/commercial excellence

• Create a culture of highest compliance within channels

You are a part of

You will report to BM&S Leader and collaborate with many other teams including Sales, Finance, Supply chain etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Minimum 1015 years of experience in MNC in sales or sales management

• Demonstrated experience and success in the management of different sales channels

• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels

• High ethics and integrity, compliance orientation

• Fluent in English and native in Mandarin
