A well reputed Developer is presently seeking a Senior Clerk of Works/Clerk of Works to assist them with one of their Mixed Used developments in Hong Kong.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree/Diploma in Building Studies, Construction, Building or relevant
• Over 10+ years of experience in Commercial, Residential or Shopping Mall projects for developers or contractors
• Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure that the quality of both materials and workmanship are in accordance with the design information and required standards
• Responsible with control and monitoring of records, submissions, defects, and builders work
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
