Responsibilities:

• Assist the Communications Department in daily operations including: media relations, PR events, promotions and administration.
• Assist in social responsibility / association matters and charity programs
• Provide support in organizing marketing communications events and production of promotion materials
• Handle media enquiryand build good media relationship
• Liaise with agencies for media-oriented creative executions
• Research for and propose creative communication tools

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language or related discipline
• “Grade C"/ “Level 3" or above inChinese Language and English Language in HKCEE/HKALE
• Minimum 3-5 year working experience in public relations or communications
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Excellent Chinese and English writing
• Experience in organizing event is preferred
• Excellent communications and interpretational skills are a must
• Basic computer skills, graphic/ web application knowledge is a bonus.
• Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic,detail-minded, able to workefficiently and systematically
• Occasionally travel required.
• Interests in design, hospitalityor cultures is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
