Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily coordination and inquiries with our clients regarding printing and production matters
- Communication with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner
- To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience of proofreading / customer service / financial printing not essential but a definite advantage
- A team worker with mature and pleasant personality
- Mature personality to interact with corporate clients, investment bankers and lawyers
- Required to work shift duties with shift allowance
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
