Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily coordination and inquiries with our clients regarding printing and production matters
  • Communication with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner
  • To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience of proofreading / customer service / financial printing not essential but a definite advantage
  • A team worker with mature and pleasant personality
  • Mature personality to interact with corporate clients, investment bankers and lawyers
  • Required to work shift duties with shift allowance
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
