- Client: A Virtual Bank
- Position: Customer Services Executive / Senior CS Executive / CS Supervisor
- Responsibilities: Answering incoming inquiries on virtual banking services through phone, email, online chat of customers.
- Salary: 16-24+. 5-day, medical, bonus
Requirements
- Tertiary educated. Overseas educated will be an advantage
- Banking experience is a must
- Customer Services Executive: Minimum 0.5 year experience
- Senior CS Executive: 2-3 years experience
- CS supervisor: 4 years experience or above.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to work on shift hours
