Senior Customer Services Officer (Full time) 高級客戶服務主任（全職)
– LiveChat/ CS/ Hotline/ Call Centre + Monthly Performance Bonus (up to $2K/month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle customer enquiries received via telephone, email, and live chats from customers
  通過電話，電子郵件和客戶的實時聊天處理客戶諮詢
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
  確保客戶的查詢和反饋得到禮貌的快速有效解決
• Able to work on shift including weekends and public holidays with compensated leave
  能夠輪班工作，包括週末和公共假期，帶薪休假
• Able to work shift between 12:00 - 00:00
  能夠在12:00至00:00之間工作

 JOB SPECIFICATION:

• 2 Years experience in customer Service role
  2年客戶服務經驗
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Customer Service Officer role
  經驗較少的候選人將被視為客戶服務主任
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
  以客戶為導向，具備良好的溝通技巧至關重要
• Independent, self-initiated and well-organized
  獨立，自發性，組織力強
• Good spoken and written English, spoken Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage
  良好的英語口語和書面語，口語粵語或普通話將是一個優勢
• Good PC knowledge and typing skills, Chinese typing an advantage
  良好的電腦知識和打字技巧，中文打字優勢
• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Shift duty will be required
  需輪班工作
