Job Summary

Lead domestic and international project teams on land-based development consultancy projectsResearch local and regional economic issues.Provide consultative services to governmental and non-governmental agencies regarding new town planning, urban and rural regeneration.Provide development recommendation and strategies for commercial, residential and tourism projects.Financial feasibility and profitability studies.Propose solutions to issues such as labor markets, education and skills, deprivation and social inclusion, inward investment and business development.Draft and prepare reports based on project outcomes.Play a key role in marketing and business development of new opportunities, including conducting client presentations.Client management.Project management for small to medium sized projects, including ensuring deadlines are met, financial management, and staff management.
