Responsibilities:

• Team up with quality assurance team in food safety operation policies and guidelines development and improvement (factory/store)
• Monitor and maintain food safety standard at stores through internal / external audit, micro test results and complaints review, and do follow-up when needed
• Coordinate and participate quality assurance and hygiene training to staff
• Assist in other and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, exposure of frontline operations will be an advantage
• Familiar with quality assurance systems (5S/HACCP/ISO22000)
• Knowledge of food laws and food regulations;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Able to speak and write Japanese will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Food Quality Assurance Officer
