Successful candidate will be supporting daily operations and client services related to Asset Management and Investment products for this position.

Description

• Handle daily processing of clients' subscription/redemption applications, KYC review for hedge funds, unauthorized funds and investment products

• Assist in client onboarding, client due diligence and document preparation

• Handle client enquiries and work closely with sales team to strengthen customers relationship

• Perform product valuation, reconciliation, cash flow monitoring and cash management

• Provide operational support to internal fund admin team for funds set up and liaise with various vendors

Profile

• University degree holder in related disciplines

• At least 3 years solid experience in operations team, preferably within Asset Management or Fund Administrators firms

• Sound knowledge in SFC regulations and Investment Products is preferred

• Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking and time management

• Ability to adapt to a continuously evolving system and work-flow environment

• Able to work under pressure and independently

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Lesser experience candidate will be considered as Officer grade
• Immediate available candidate is highly preferred
