Job Description

To handle our client’s advancement, they are now welcoming high caliber candidates onboard their Human Resources team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment; compensation and benefits, manpower planning, performance management, training and development, budgeting and employee relations / engagement, as well as office administration matters;
  • Liaise with line managers to identify staff training needs, prepare and implement the training plan and implement appropriate training and development activities
  • Ensure the policies & procedures comply with HK labour regulations
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management review
  • Knowledge in facilities management

 

Job Requirements

  • High Dip or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' experience with 4 years at managerial level, preferably in manufacturing Industry
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related
  • Highly proficient in using MS Office application and HRIS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
