Work closely with global IT operation teams to ensure 7/24(follow the sun) support
2nd level technical trouble shooting for Windows and Linux Servers
Quality and Knowledge management for enabling 1st level support associates

Bachelor (or above) degree of IT information technology or equivalent
5+ years working experiences in IT fields
Familiar with server virtualization and related IT infrastructure components e.g., VMWare, ESX, servers,
SAN, NAS etc.
Skilled in Microsoft Windows and Redhat Linux Server technology, MCSE and RHCE is preferred
Knowledge in one of the popular public clouds is plus: Azure / AWS etc
Basic knowledge of software development skills
Good in communication skills, team-spirit, customer orientation
Fluent in English (spoken, written, comprehension)
Willing to work at flexible working hours (work at the weekend)
