Description

• Provide daily system administration, maintenance, configuration of internal IT infrastructure
• Provide technical service and support to all IT issues and troubleshooting
• Software & hardware arrangement and documentation; Incident task report/log keeping
• Liaise and manage IT vendors and contractors, IT procurement
• Assist in implementing corporate IT policies, standards and procedures, including the aspects of IT infrastructure, networking, security, information system
• Maintain IT systems and websites, analyse relevant data and operation
• Information at regular intervals, and prepare analytical reports

Profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Japanese speaking- Business Level
• Banking Experience is preferred
• Practical skills on PC setup and trouble-shooting
• Hands-on experience on Windows servers & network administration is an advantage
• Independent, hardworking and self-motivated
• Good communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
