Job Description
Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others? Are you an expert when it comes to tools like App Dynamics, Splunk, JIRA? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We’re looking for an Incident Manager to:


• Support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
• Leadership, Crisis Management, Production incident management, Production Program Management
• Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
• Manage production incident and work with different stakeholders to priortise the incidents
• Driving production incidents to resolution
• Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
• Maintain a close collaboration with business and software product manager
• Work collaboratively with internal/external teams, always focusing on the best approach for the bank
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (i.e. you know how to figure problems out)
• Ensure production stability and availability for key operational business processes.
• A natural ability to solve complex issues (covering both technical and business areas)
