System Engineer / Network Engineer

• Degree / High Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in IT industry specialized in network infrastructure support
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin
• Good communication skills; Able to work independently

• Holder of MCSE/MCSA certificate is an advantage
• Knowledge and certificate of Microsoft / Azure / VMware / Veeam products is highly preferred
• Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft system and VMware deployment is required 

• Holder of CCNA certificate is required
• Knowledge and certificate of CheckPoint / Cisco ASA / SourceFire / Cisco Ironport /
• Websense products is highly preferred
• Experience in designing and implementing switch, firewall deployment is required

Network Engineer (In House)

• Participant in network infrastructure implementation project
• Document network issues and resolution for technical reference

• Responsible for fault case handling. Including fault isolation and diagnostic process.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for different network products
• Prepare and conduct fault reports

Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure)

• Maintain the group’s network infrastructure & hardware equipment, including routers, switches, servers, database, CCTV, IPTV and IP Phone system at their optimal efficiency
• Lead the support team to fulfill user support with SLA commitment
• Design and develop the holistic infrastructure and architecture to maintain a high availability IT environment
• Participate projects that involves infra setup and support the group’s new expansion projects
• Partners with vendors to manage hardware resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop IT security guidelines and business continuity plan

Requirement

• University graduate in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines
• Solid experience on network, Linux servers, VM, and PC support, ability to troubleshoot problems end to end
• Experience in managing cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
• Self motivated, problem solver, result oriented
• Both people management and infra technical skills are essential for this position

(Senior) System Administrator (Window OR Linux) / Inhouse

• Perform Linux / Window system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade, system monitoring and health checks.
• Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
• Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications.
• Provide advice and consultancy service to project team with system architecture design.
• Revise technical standard guidelines adhering to Internal IT audit regulations.

(Senior) Infrastructure Engineer (System / Server / Network Security)

• Provide technical support in a complex mission-critical system environment that consists of different technology domains, with the focus on one of the following aspects :
  • Wired and Wireless Data Network, Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing Equipment, Network Firewall and Intrusion Prevention System, Web Application Firewall, Forward and Reverse Proxy, Network Load Balancer, SSL/VPN Gateway, Advanced Persistent Threat Protection System, Data Loss Prevention System, Two-factor Authentication System, as well as Vulnerability Assessment System
  • server virtualization, server OS, database, Storage Area Network, system monitoring, as well as backup and data protection
  •  End-User Computing, Active Directory, File & Print, Email Services, Collaboration Tools and Mobility Management
  • SAP System support and administration
• Drive the team to complete tasks and assignments on time and in good quality
• Perform system installation & configuration, system patching, system testing and commissioning, as well as disaster recovery drill
• Prepare and maintain documentation in related to supported systems, projects, inventory and regulatory requirement
• Perform problem diagnosis, resolve problem, identify root cause and assure quality change control
• Safeguard infrastructure systems against cybersecurity and ensure configuration and setup comply with company policies and standards
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives
