Responsibilities:

  • In accordance to the Group strategy and talent development agenda, continuously enhance and review the talent development framework and mechanisms in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools
  • Lead and/or run various talent development programmes targeting different groups of talents, including the regional talents, local talents, young talents, in an end-to-end manner
  • Promote and enhance the employer branding of the Group through the tactful design and dissemination of talent development stories and messages, through various online and offline channels
  • Proactively explore all kinds of talent development solutions that are forward-thinking, through building and maintaining healthy relationships with various training organizations, consultants, tertiary institutions, start-ups, FinTech companies, locally and in the ASEAN region
  • Serve as the internal consultants of various line-departments, to understand their talent development challenges, and thus provide appropriate solutions accordingly
  • Devise and execute the workplans of the L&D function, in accordance to the Group’s strategies and KPIs
  • Handle various ac-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, psychology, public relations, communications disciplines preferred
  • Candidates with relevant qualifications in delivering leadership / management training, interpreting and debriefing psychometric assessments are preferred
  • Solid L&D related experience required, with regional responsibilities preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, proposal and report writing capability
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, candidates with mastery of Photoshop and other graphic editing software preferred
