This world-leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced commercial corporate lawyer to join its Shanghai office. You will be responsible for providing legal and compliance support on marketing activities, distribution, retailing, and online business. With 8 years’ PQE and admission to the PRC Bar, you must have substantial China experience in corporate, compliance, and commercial law within an MNC and in a law firm. A good team player with good communication skills and the ability to work independently is preferred. Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin are required. REF: 15309/CP
