Job Description and Responsibility
- Assist in the manpower planning, staffing arrangement and administration of the professional staff
- Assist the Group Partner in planning and implementing various activities in relation to people development, project management
- Assist in reviewing the manpower situation and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain other administrative records for reporting purposes
- Assist in preparing financial, management and statistic reports
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years' experience on team support. Prior experience in accounting or auditing profession is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadline
- Proactive, self-starter, and result-oriented
- Strong prioritizing skills, and flexibility in working style
- Excellent team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent working knowledge in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
