1、制定、推动并实施业务计划及商业顾问服务工作；  

2、协助部门董事开展成都及西南地区项目的业务拓展工作，包含拿地研究、城市综合体、产业园区、文旅、养老等项目定位策划等；

3、提供专家指导的总体策略、市场研究、可行性分析等，提供行业领先的咨询报告；

4、协助部门总监处理把关文案质量、客户沟通等事宜；

5、配合公司发展需要，协助进行公司品牌的市场推广，促进公司广泛的业务合作；

6、负责上级交代的其他工作任务。

1、本科及以上学历，房地产、工商管理等专业优先考虑；

2、6年以上房地产开发咨询的综合工作经验，其中3年以上团队管理工作经验；

3、熟悉房地产开发的相关流程，熟悉商业地产开发前期工作内容如市场研究、可行性分析、定位规划等；

4、熟悉成都及西南地区房地产市场及土地市场，熟悉成都及西南地区商业地产市场的现状，对市场未来发展趋势有一定的判断；

5、具有较强的开拓能力和洞察力，良好的组织协调及商务谈判能力，善于发掘客户需求及项目机会；
