Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of HR, assist in monitoring all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, C&B, L&D, and staff engagement
• Review and update policies and processes to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
• Design competitive C&B packages to attract and retain talent
• Support the business on other staff matters including performance management, staff disputes, and disciplinary action
• Supervise the team to ensure high work quality

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR Management or a related discipline
• A seasoned HR generalist with 10+ years’ experience at mid to senior level
• Well-versed in HK employment legislation, and a working knowledge of the same in Mainland China
• Experienced in leading a team
• First-class written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and the confidence to interact effectively with senior managers and at board level
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Attentive to detail, self-motivated and results-oriented
• A team player who also works well independently
• Must be able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic and willing to be hands-on
• A strong service mindset
