Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for leading the transformation of various data useful to the Authority into meaningful digital format and leverage change management with technology in order to lead lasting and impactful digital vision in accordance with the Authority’s requirements  
  • To undertake digital transformation projects that may involve business changes and enhancement opportunities
  • To establish and line-up project teams, lead project meetings, prepare reports and present to senior management and relevant parties
  • To undertake detailed project planning and documentation including but not limited to defining project deliverables, success criteria, cost and benefit analysis and risk management, etc.
  • As advisor on latest IT market trends and best practices, the incumbent will take initiative in evaluating and adapting new and improved digital transformation approaches for the operations, and forward to senior management for consideration 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Science, or any other related quantitative field
  • Minimum 10 years’ work experience of IT management and digital program management
  • Proven experience of managing and monitoring IT and digital projects through all stages of project life-cycle, and concurrently managing multiple projects at different stages, as well as cross-functional projects and project teams
  • Proven ability and experience in aligning latest IT with business strategy and driving digital transformation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, skills in MS-SQL server reporting services, analysis services, integration services, or data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent presentation capability
