Responsibilities

• In charge & supervise the project management team
• Responsible for project management in all aspects, including project objective formulation, design, review and manage the whole project
• To set the master program and schedule to suit site work requirement and execute throughout the entire period
• Liaise and handle request of customers or architects on technical / engineering related services
• Provide pre-tender and post-tender support for project in design and installation level
• Monitor & generate customized design in full details to suit the requirement from client with hands on collaboration with project team
• Manage the team and allocate resources to facilitate different projects simultaneously
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in Construction/Building Management/Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years experience in construction project management or relevant experience, in which at least 3 years taking managerial level
• Well-versed in Building Construction structural design projects, specialized in Metal, Aluminum & Glass building projects
• Membership of relevant professional institution(s)
• Well-prepared to work independently under pressure
• A team leader with effective communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Working hours Mon – Fri : 8:30 am – 6:00pm, Sat : 8:30am – 1:00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm

We offer 13 months salary, year end bonus, annual leave starting from 14 days, medical scheme and study allowance to the right candidates.
