Job Description

Primary Responsibility

Manage, develop and maintain the Mass business from China, Hong Kong, Macau and the rest of Asia.

  • Manage and implement all Mass business initiatives to target appropriate markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the relevant customer segments against establish targets.
  • Implement processes and strategies which enhance and streamline communication between internal and external customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implement all Mass business initiatives relating to RWAS membership from appropriate target markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in all development and financial planning of promotions/ campaigns to increase the awareness of RWAS membership as well as encourage visitation and spend.
  • Thorough understanding of the product knowledge with the ability to analyze customer play behavior.
  • Strategize, execute and analyze programs for attracting, retaining and reactivating customers, based on short and long term analyses of customer trends and needs.
  • Assist in establish and implement system to develop a thorough understanding of the relevant customer segments. Inclusive of this is the solicitation and measurement of customer feedback on matters including product, pricing, service, programs, promotions and offers, and integrating this information into future initiatives.
  • In conjunction with the marketing research and database analysis, continue developing gaming customer segments through database analysis, seek opportunities to identify and deliver targeted initiatives to achieve growth.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of products, offers, events, promotions and general information relating to RWAS competitors.
  • Accurate & timely reporting on performance versus targets, competitor activities, customer satisfaction with membership and complaints.
  • Manage, coach and develop the Business Development team, including the directing and assist in setting of performance objectives to ensure key department and business objectives are achieved, identify training needs as required and succession requirements are satisfied.
  • Regular Cruising onboard vessels is required to keep an up to date knowledge of customer experience as well as to develop good relationship with RWAS members.

 

Requirements 

  • Degree holder or with relevant working experience.
  • At least 6+ years’ experience in the gaming industry
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen with qualifications in a business or marketing field.
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Display a high commitment of customer service.
  • Is a team player who motivates others to work effectively within the team.
  • Achieves agreed business objectives and accepts accountability for results.
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
  • Strong written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are essential
  • A target-driven attitude with flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week and with flexibility to travel as required
