Job Description
 
Responsibilities:

  • Handle Employee Benefits and MPF hotline enquiries and resolve customer requests via various means
  • Provide prompt and courteous services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities
  • Handle MCV verification
  • Handle brokers’ enquiries on product features, policy administration, operation procedures, etc
  • Provide sales & administrative support to the team
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:

  • University graduates with 5 years customer services experience
  • Passed in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5 will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in Employee Benefits & MPF scheme operations is preferred
  • Pro-active, good interpersonal and communication skills as well as customer service attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with people from different backgrounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
