• University graduate, with 3 years of relevant working experiences in medical industry
• Detail-oriented, flexible, independent and able to meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills and customer services
• Native in Cantonese, good command in verbal and written English. Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferable

Responsibilities:
• Handle medical operations matter for customers and clinics including Hospitalization Pre-authorization, Occupational Health Management, Care Management.
• Prepare relevant reports on time
• Handle service enquiries and/or complaints from customers and clinics
• Participate in any other medical operations, Projects and administrative duties as assigned
