The Customer Education team provides learning solutions that are key drivers of Customer Success! Our market-leading solutions increase our customers' ability to achieve their desired scientific and economic outcomes in the lab. We are seeking a top performing Sr. Product Manager to lead the transformation of the Education learning experience and manage the education services portfolio in order to accelerate speed to value for our customers and develop Agilent users for life.

The ideal candidate for this role is a creative & dynamic leader that is obsessively customer focused and can work across diverse teams to turn product strategy into a differentiated customer learning experience.

Experience with SaaS solutions, Subscription models, online Learning Curriculum design and other offerings that enable learning anytime, anywhere throughout the customers' lifetime is essential to creating ongoing sustainable value for our customers and for Agilent.

This is a highly visible position in the Customer Success & Enablement business and this position will work in close partnership with business executives, marketing, Global Education Delivery, sales, service and most important, our customers to refine the Education commercialization strategy.

About the job:

  • Own the overall global strategy and execution for our Education services ensuring back-end uniformity across all supporting functions and platforms, including Agilent University online.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to define trends and strategically evaluate new market opportunities and work with others to identify products that can enhance the customer learning experience.

  • Define marketing campaign performance metrics and measurement plans. Manipulate, analyze and visualize data to reveal trends in marketing/learning program performance and customer behavior, and identify key opportunities based on analysis.

  • Define pricing strategy, product messaging, positioning and configuration to ensure the best possible performance versus business goals for current and future products using market research and customer feedback

  • Lead product development life cycle, building business case, collecting VOC, writing product requirements, developing go-to-market plans, and launching products

  • Collaborate with customers and key opinion leaders to generate proof of concept data and penetrate key markets.

  • Work closely with regional field marketing and sales team as product champion, conducting regional trainings, visiting key accounts, presenting at trade shows, and developing initiatives to grow business

  • Partner with the Region Education delivery teams to ensure alignment and adoption of new Education products and processes
