Summary

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be joining a world-class team to deliver HCM (Human Capital Management) software over the Cloud.  The team you will be working with is platform engineering, responsible for the platform/framework development and maintenance for the company product, thus quality, stability, and scalability are very important factors.  You will be responsible for overseeing processes and procedures that engineering employs to ensure the successful delivery of the product suite.  You will be responsible for coordinating among Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Operations teams, and other product teams across the globe throughout the development lifecycle. 
The Role

 Responsible for the whole Software Development Lifecycle deliverables, starting from planning, designing, development, testing, all the way to Data Center deployment.Drive team’s roadmap and priorities reviews, to make sure team’s plans are aligned with company level OKRs and investment priorities, identify resource gaps and have trade off discussions with leaders.Work with product/Eng/Ops team to deliver features on monolith pipeline, and meanwhile carve out microservices through modern CI/CD pipeline.Drive strategic programs across teams (due to the nature of platform, we do interact with a lot of module teams): Set up program structure, project plans, milestones, and track the execution status.  Identify risks/issues and work with team to come up with mitigation plans.Manage program communications including project working level, and also leadership level for highlights/low lights and leadership asks.Be very quality conscious and drive for high quality delivery

Role Requirements 
•    Demonstrated strong interest in enterprise software technology and human capital management (HCM)
•    Proven of records of managing large scale programs, with teams globally distributed.
•    Experience of working with 100-500 size engineering team.Comfortable of driving meetings with Engineers, management, and also with executives.
•    Passionate of program management, making loosed dots together into a solid structured project plan. 
•    Strong execution orientation,be a responsive and dependable source of information in a fast paced, multi-functional environment
•    Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.  
•    7+ years’ experience in Software industry, familiar with software development life cycle.4+ years’ experience in program/project management role.
