This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the works are built in line with the project objectives and in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the construction teams to ensure the safe and effective implementation of construction works;
• Overseeing multiple construction sites to ensure the compliance of works with the contract drawings specifications, materials, workmanship and quality;
• Monitoring work progress against the Works Programme and reporting directly to the management on site problems;
• Ensuring the consistent preparation and maintenance of site records for safety, quality and resources;
• Driving contractors on continuous improvement in safety performance and a safe working culture; and uplifting safety standards to achieve the Authority’s safety goals; and
• Proactively anticipating and resolving all interface and construction problems between different disciplines and adjacent projects including but not limited to the coordination of logistic issues arising throughout all construction stages

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical/ Building Services/ Electrical or other related disciplines
• At least 15 years’ experience in site supervision of large multi-disciplinary projects
• Registered Electrical Worker holding a Grade A certificate or above is preferred
• Thorough knowledge and experience in E&M works
• Experience in airport works under a live operation environment is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Holder of a valid driving license is preferred
