One of the largest developers in Hong Kong and China is looking for a Senior Project Manager (architecture) to join their project team in China

Our client has a long history in Hong Kong and Mainland, this project is a mixed development with a world class shopping mall, grade A office tower and serviced apartment

Description

This post is responsible for supporting the Senior Project Director to monitor the overall project management of this new project development

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives, with emphasis on architectural excellency

• Lead a team of design and project management professionals and ensure effective project planning and execution

Profile

This is a position which requires experience in a managerial capacity in managing large scale construction projects, preferably in Mainland

• Degree in Architectural Studies with professional qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial capacity in overseeing large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development, preferably in the Mainland

• Experience in managing high-end hotel projects and collaborating with hotel operators is highly preferred

• Good knowledge of LEED and WELL

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
