A) Senior Qualified Building Surveyors / Building Survey Project Manager - must need to have HKIS / RICS
B) Qualified Building Surveyors
* have new build and maintenance projects
Senior Qualified Building Surveyors / Project Manager
- Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Building Surveying Division with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience in alteration, addition & maintenance work will be of an advantage
Qualified Building Surveyors
- Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Building Surveying Division with a minimum of 5 years’ post-graduation experience
- Experience in alteration, addition & maintenance work will be of an advantage
Assistant Building Surveyors
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Building Surveying
- 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in relevant fields
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/ Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
