Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA test team to complete necessary testing, according to the development progress of company’s IT projects.
• Ensure that the test objectives are achieved, help to improve the technical and business capabilities of the test team, and improve the quality of testing. 
• Cooperate with the Development team to establish the entire system quality and process standards for DevOps
• Establish test/automation methods with IT team leaders
• Design test cases and perform testing from the user's perspective independently, according to project structure and business requirements.  Summarize and assess test results of functional, performance and other aspects, and ensure timely reporting to supervisor and relevant stakeholder
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously completed features are not degraded and do not destroy existing programs, modifications have been achieved for the intended purpose, new features have been implemented, and the new operating environment has been adapted
• Train and guide new team members to improve test quality through technical training and communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Computer or related major
• 6 years or more of software testing experience
• Familiar with common software testing methods, testing techniques, testing tools
• Fully master the automation test and automation framework deployment, with a certain coding ability
• Technical knowledge such as network, operating system, database, middleware, etc.
• Understanding the latest testing tools and test strategies, fast-paced/agile environments, CI/CD/DevOps toolchain and ecosystem
• Proactive and excellent ability to identify problems, analyze problems and solve problems
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work, on time planning, scheduling and delivery, able to withstand pressure
