We are now looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our global staffing team. This role will be located in Taipei, Taiwan.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders across the company to develop recruiting strategies in Taiwan that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team.
• You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results.
• Provide innovative approaches to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs.
• Own the candidate recruiting life cycle.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, campus recruitment and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
• Report on recruitment activities.

What we need to see:

• 7+ years in-house recruiting experience with proven experience and passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions with experience in sales/marketing, engineering and other non-engineering functions.
• Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners.
• Experience project handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients.
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire your hiring partners and team.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Good command of written and oral English.
• ATS experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Familiar with local recruiting channels and talent market in Taiwan.
• Workday ATS experience a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
