Job Responsibilities:

• Physical Server and Cloud VM (on Azure and AWS) Administration
• Provides support in Desktop and Laptop, Hardware and Software, Windows and macOS
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues
• Network infrastructure maintenance and administration
• Monitor, administrate and backup of file servers, web servers, mail servers, firewalls
• Computer related inventory control including hardware and software across the corporation
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications 

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline; holder of MCP/MCSE/CCNA certification is an advantage
• 2 years IT relevant experience in MNC environment in capacity of desktop/systems/network
• Hands-on experience in operating systems (MS Windows and macOS), Networking, router and firewall, VPN, WAN/LAN, Windows patching
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Azure Cloud, PowerShell is a plus
• Hands-on experience in Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, MS SQL, Centos, Apache, File and Print service, VMWare, network support, IT operations security is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese with strong communication and problem-solving skills; Mandarin is a plus
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Administrator
