Job Description
  • Develop and monitor the scorecards / KPIs and highlights areas for management review
  • Coordinate and maintain the performance monitoring program
  • Provide regular performance tracking report and relevant analysis, as well as stipulate action plan in order to meet business target
  • Coordinate and participate the resources planning process for corporate banking
  • Develop database for talent management and succession planning for corporate banking
  • Coordinate and source suitable training courses for different levels of staff as well as formulate staff development plan and training schedule
  • Coordinate with the representatives of Head office in China to work on cross-border training issues
  • Coordinate special programs (e.g. Trainee, Internship, team building scheme, succession plan) as required from management
  • Degree holder or above with minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience and exposure in training is an advantage
  • Initiative, good planning and execution, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Resourceful and able to provide different options for management considerations

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Chief Team Building & Performance Management Manager
