- A group of companies of over 30 years history
- Property owner and investor : own 20-30 residential & commercial premises located in Hong Kong
- We are looking for TECHNICAL OFFICER (工程主任) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work independently for building maintenance of Company owned 20-30 residential & commercial properties
- 負責管理公司各物業日常維修保養等工作
- Coordinate with outsourced building service providers when required
- Coordinate with tenants related to building maintenance when required
- Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade B)
- 5 to 8 years building maintenance preferably for residential or commercial premises
- Stable working history is a plus
- Annual leave : 10 days
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Wanchai
