Job Description
Senior customer service reception (foreign, 1 person)
operating duty
(1) Responsible for the reception of visitors, including pre-arrangement, internal and external coordination, activity arrangement reception, customer services follow-up, etc;
(2) Be responsible for the introduction of exhibition hall and project, publicizing corporate culture and displaying corporate image;
(3) Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of venue resources, training and reception materials management, and coordination of training and reception supporting resources;
Qualification:
(1) Foreign, proficient in a foreign language (English, Russian, French, German preferred);
(2) Height above 168cm, good image, good quality, affinity, strong sense of service;
(3) Good team spirit, pressure management, can take risk of all changes;
(4) Experience in Foreign Affairs reception, international conference management, aviation service management, high-end hotel management and VIP reception and service experience is preferred;
