The purpose of the position is to present the topic of talent management as country level expert, directly address talent development and retention to support the business transformation.

Job Description

  • Drive diversified talent program at country level to enable organization transformation for Bosch China
  • Design, develop and implement country talent management framework and program to nurture local talent growth/pipeline
  • Lead or participate other key TM initiatives/projects as needed
  • Network with corporate department in Germany for talent management topics
  • Analyze market trend about talent management and build up contacts with external experts for knowledge transfer
  • Provide consultant support to HR BP for TM related topics (methods, process, tools, exchanges and workshops) in rGBs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources is a plus
  • More than 5 year working experience in talent management.
  • Good understanding or knowledge of HR function and systems
  • Strategic thinking, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, execute and deliver results
  • Good at communication and resource integration
  • High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing
