Requirements

• Degree holder 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics or supply chain in Buying Office or Trading or Manufacturing industry
• Experience in preparation of L/C
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents and process bank document such as Letter of Credit, etc.
• Communicate with vendors and forwarders on shipment arrangement
• Keep track of the shipment status and maintain an accurate delivery records
• Fully handle and manage all shipping activities
