Responsibilities:

Make and improve the document of operation and training operator;

Production technical support;

Organize introduction of new project in production line;

Enhance the process productivity;

Solve the process or quality problem.

Make the manufacturing instruction document for the round wire or form-wound coil winding. 

Design the tools or fixture for production to improve productivity

Improve the manufacturing process performance and efficiency

Support relative department for tech support;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;

Medium/Big motor production experience is preferred;

Background knowledge related to insulation or winding

Strong communication skills

Oral English and written English skills
