Work Location: shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

• Design for Test (DFT) RTL design and coding quality (CDC/LEDA) improvement.
• Scan insertion, DRC clean, ATPG and pattern simulation
• Support synthesis owner to fix DFT related netlist issues
• Work with architect and designer to develop test plan.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Master in EE related major;
• Knowledge/Experiences on ASIC/SoC design, simulation and debug;
• Verilog coding experience;
• Fast learning and hard working.
• Knowledge on DFT design, including JTAG, MBIST and ATPG is a plus.
