Build and execute social media strategy through research on competitors, audience identification, platform determination
Manage day to day and longer term social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, FB, etc.)
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content relevant content topics to reach Phemex’s goals utilizing best SEO practices
Monitor, listen and respond to community members in an appropriate way while cultivating lead generation
Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
Build a community of advocates, engaging in dialogues and broadcasting the brand’s image
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
Maintain and create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Qualifications & Requirements
At least 3 years of proven experience in similar position
Demonstrated ability to create content and engage with the audience
Experience in Fintech, Crypto, & Startups is a large plus
Network of existing resources and partners to speed growth process
Ability to work remotely, travel globally
