#### Position Description:


• Lead social media in the Latin America Spanish speaking region
• Translate business goals into a marketing strategy and social media
objectives
• Managing organic social media, day-to-day, including posting to social
channels, managing creative briefs, developing processes, and meeting
(sometimes tight) timelines
• Using research and/or data to define an audience
• Partnering with creative staff to develop visual assets for social media
• Planning and managing a paid social media campaign, including creative
briefs, targeting, flight dates, creative review, and success metrics
• Creating a plan to measure the success of the campaign
• Developing tone and voice for a social media handle
• Lead and control public relations (press) activities in the region

#### Position Requirements:


• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism  or
equivalent degree/work experience
• 3 to 5 years of social media and campaign management, publishing, writing
and content creation required (brand or agency).
• Success with marketing global brands via social media, transforming creative
ideas into successful campaigns across multiple brands and platforms with the
ability to deliver results; engagement, growth, brand sentiment, credibility,
innovation.
• Consistent record in maintaining agency relationships and campaign budgets.
• Working knowledge of social media analytics and publishing tools.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach, a good sense of prioritization and
the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with meticulous
attention to detail.
• Full understanding of the social ecosystem and how brands should participate
in an authentic way.
• Fluent English
