1. 本科及以上，计算机科学，电气工程，数学，物理学及其他相关专业
   Computer science, Electrical engineering, Math, Physics or related majors. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 具备嵌入式实时软件开发的丰富经验
   Solid experience in embedded real-time software engineering 
3. 熟练掌握数控技术、机器人技术
   Strong knowledge in motion technology and robotics. 
4. 精通C与C++编程
   Very good skills in programming C and C++.
5. 能熟练使用英语沟通
   Fluent in English speaking.
6. 掌握敏捷式软件开发技能
   Skilled in agile development. 
7. 可以接受国内及海外（德国）的出差安排
   Mobility to travel in China and overseas (Germany).
