Job description

The Solution Architect owns the holistic product technical solution and roadmap to meet the product functional requirements alongside a PDC commonality view.

• Translating product marketing needs and requirements into a solution
• End-to-end technical responsibility for the product solution and roadmap, R&D focal for MRS discussions
• Technically sync all R&D functions to a complete and coherent solution. Intensive teamwork with multidisciplinary interfaces and groups: System, Algorithm, HW teams, Product & SW
• Lead the interdisciplinary trade-offs assessment and optimization.
• Define alternative architectures to meet the MRS (including comparative score cards). Work closely with researchers, SW & Algo developers and product engineering teams to drive solution architecture
• Working in a challenged multi-disciplinary environment involving both system & marketeering aspects as well as deep research for out of the box solutions and ideas. 

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science/Electrical Engineer or related technical discipline.
• Holistic multidisciplinary and wide System view (abstraction capability of complex modules into integrative solution)
• Business understanding and customer view + offering 
• Leadership capabilities (cross teams integration)
• Deep understanding of Performance/ Sizing aspects
• Good Analytic skills, capability to define research and C&F activities. Ability to perform technology selection and technology evaluation
• More than 10 years experience as Software, Application or Algo developer (Complex feature Owner)
• Excellent team work and ability to lead under non-authority environment while interfacing several groups and developers from HW, SW, Algo, Product and more.
