Sr. Business Process Analyst – Global Supply Chain Summary: This position is responsible acts as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Source to Settle (STS) processes. This role will coordinate with global users, as well as regional process owners, who are responsible for executing these processes. This role is accountable to SOP compliance and will drive improvements into STS processes Key

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Global Process Owner for Source to Settle (STS) Processes
  • Acts as primary point of contact with business users for these processes
  • Maintains 100% compliance with all relevant SOPs, ensures that others comply with SOPs to same standard
  • Provides effective training on STS process to global user community and regional process owners (RPO)
  • Ensures processes and associated data comply with Audit and SOX requirements
  • Works closely with Regional Process Owners and other key regional stakeholders to ensure that global standards are maintained
  • Leads process improvement opportunities and projects
  • Acts as our global point of contact between the STS process owners, their user base, and the support teams needed to maintain systems and processes that support STS business requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience within similar or larger sized company
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant GPO experience in process areas of Sourcing, Purchasing, Vendor Master Data Management, Contracting and Invoicing
  • Experience in Master Data Governance, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering experience a plus
  • Demonstrated mid-level or above proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, analyzing and manipulating large datasets through formulas and macros
  • SAP Experience, or experience with other relevant ERP system
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (or equivalent) and/or project management experience, a plus Other Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities
  • Ability to develop and manage teams in a highly matrixed, global environments
  • Ability to set strategy, maintain a strategic roadmap, and meet deliverables
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong critical self-review skills
  • Proactive approach to role and problem solving; solution rather than problem focused
  • Capable of handling fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to organize and complete work-related projects in a timely manner
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure when given a task(s) that may require overtime to complete it
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player and deliver effective training • Demonstrated analytical ability • Ability to evaluate data and assimilate into a working plan for improvement
