PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Innovative Business Solution Organization is a global organization devoted to delivering innovative custom solutions to meet our customers’ unique business process needs. We deliver a full lifecycle of custom development services – from judicious planning, risk assessment, development, and quality assurance to maintenance. With development centers in the United States, Canada, Germany, India, and China, we leverage a global delivery model that utilizes the specific strengths of each location. To ensure excellence in execution, all development is delivered by following our solidly defined methodology. The SAP Innovative Business Solution organization helps customers maximize the value of their technology investments and can ultimately help enhance their competitive advantage. The Execution team within SAP Innovative Business Solution Organization is chartered with executing custom development projects and related services, where success is measured by effectively leveraging our ability to deliver those projects on-time, on-budget and with superior quality。 SAP Innovative Business Solution Organization focuses on SAP new sectors, such as S/4HANA, Hybris, Leonardo, SCP, etc.

EDUCATION

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Business English: fluent

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 8+ years of professional experience in system architecture, analysis, design of complex customer experience web/mobile applications for highly available, scalable and secure sites
• Expert knowledge of web technologies and application stacks - Java, Node JS, Micro Services, and SQL & Non-SQL Databases, Message Queue etc.
• Proven experience in Cloud native application design and implementation
• Understand and familiar with container and containerized platform such as Docker, Kubernetes etc. Familiar with at least one of the following cloud environments: MS Azure, AliCloud and AWS;
• Experience to build up the pipeline of continuous integration and continuous delivery, familiar with the mainstream CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub(enterprise), Gradle, Maven. Hands-on experience on J2EE and popular JAVA framework (Servlet/JSP, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring MVC,JPA, Hibernate).
• Strong experience in DevOps and Cloud Foundry experience is preferred
• Experience for Scrum, TDD, BDD, DDD is a plus, experienced with any one of SAP C/4 HANA such as Commerce/Marketing/Sales/Service Cloud is a big plus. Ability to pick up knowledge in new areas very quickly, experience in executing geographically distributed projects and working with culturally diverse work-groups, experience in Innovation and delivering successful results, excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skill

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements and architect custom end-to-end solutions that meet those requirements on price/performance/scalability
• Creative Idea Generator, contribute to Innovation Projects，Play a ‘Trusted Advisor’ role to the customer on Technology topics
• Translate system requirements into custom solution specifications for complex and large projects，High-Level overall solution design
• Provide guidance to development teams for custom solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, essaying, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities，jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of the solution along with the project manager
• Guide and influence team members to accomplish the team’s technical and schedule goals
• Effective change management on projects by assessing the impact of any new requirements on the project scope & timelines, help the sales teams shape deals, through evaluations, estimations, and participation in the presales cycle for creating competitive positioning of IBSO
• Driving adoption of newer cutting-edge technology within the organization through knowledge sessions, adoption of the same in the solution, etc. Work closely with other IBSO team members, SAP development teams, external partners and customer teams to ensure successful project completion
