Job Description

- Lead or support Financial Planning & Analysis activities in Manpower Cost, Headcount analysis, FTE analysis, CSE function support, RA function support
- Lead or support Overall company PnL commitment
- Lead or support finance-related system and reporting automation
- Lead or support financial performance tracking and gap closure
- Lead or support communication with regional and global stakeholders on financial performance and relevant business insight
- Contribute to FP&A and Finance team capability build-up
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责
- Analyzing, reporting and planning focusing on Manpower/HC
- Analyze/review data and information
- Design report for decision making
- Present data in a concise, easy-understanding way
- Explore the business insight behind the data
- Ensure timely and accurately finance management reports (including detective and solve the issues if any)
- Ensure timely and accurately manpower cost consolidation & planning
- Support Functional Finance governance: CSE/RA
- Understand business from stakeholders
- Manage costs to in line with the budget
- Consolidate and provide comprehensive visibility
- Present key findings
- Propose, persuade and drive for action plans
- Cross-functional Project
- Lead or participate cross-functional projects

- Academic / Professional qualification / 学 历 / 专 业 资 格
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related)
- Technical / skill training / 技 术 / 技 能 训 练
- Finance Planning and Analysis, Financial Process Improvement, Cross-functional Project Management, etc.
- Working experience (No. of years / 年 资, Job function / 工 作 功 能, Business types / 业 务 种 类 )
- Essential 必 需
- 8 ~10 year working experience with 3~4 years business partner & planning experience.
- Desirable 理 想
- Accounting background and 2~3 years big 4 firms/ in pharmaceutical industry experience
- Language ability / 语 言 能 力
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Computer literacy / 电 脑 知 识
- Good command of MS Office Software (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experienced ERP/data warehouse/Hyperion user
- Others / 其 他
- Strong cross function communication skill and project management skill
- Strong business sense, can quickly identify customers’ need and address it
- Strong leadership skill, can influence people who is not his/her direct report.
- Pleasant personality and able to work with senior management
