Be an integral part of this dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Operations. This position reports directly to the Business Category Leader for Medumo, and offers you the opportunity to lead the Finance, Legal/Contracting, and other key operational functions for a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service business within Philips.

You are responsible for

  • Assist business category leader in the development multi-year strategic plans and funding requests for the business, including presentation of these plans to senior management.

  • Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) responsibilities including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

  • Manage accounting (P&L, balance sheet, capital budgeting), and monthly financial reporting of results. Manage finance associate to ensure fulfillment of these responsibilities.

  • Manage sales operations function, including CPQ (configure, price, quote) process, order-to-fulfillment (invoicing and collections) process, and reporting against sales funnel and revenue forecasts using salesforce data.

  • Develop monthly and weekly reports of key business performance metrics for senior management

  • Manage contract negotiation process with vendors, customers, and key strategic partners, in collaboration with the Philips legal and procurement departments. Lead management, archival, and reporting of contracts and contractual terms.

  • Track and report against key commercial and product milestones as part of post-merger integration of the business into Philips Healthcare.

  • Develop and execute against Quality Management System process and strategy for Key Quality Initiatives, in collaboration with Solutions Quality Leader.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

  • 5 years of finance, consulting, or operations experience, healthcare IT or software preferred.

  • 3+ years of direct management experience of individuals or a small team with proven results.

  • Action-oriented problem-solver with superb written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management

  • Passionate about improving healthcare

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

  • Able to express and defend views while also passionately committing to and executing on decisions that diverge from one's own thinking

  • Reflective and humble; appreciates receiving constructive feedback and respectfully articulating constructive feedback to others

  • Embraces uncertain structure when participating in new or experimental initiatives

  • Comfortable operating in highly entrepreneurial and capital-constrained environments and figuring out how to marshal resources in creative ways to deliver results

  • Able to perform well with considerable self-direction and autonomy
